Vote NO on Prop. 63

Anybody that would vote yes on that is a complete idiot. Unfortunately Commiefornia is full of idiots so... I hope we have enough on our side to counteract them.

Stupid measure, written by folks who have no idea how firearms work and not the slightest clue how they are going to keep a database of all the ammo (cartridges, powder, primers, projectiles, brass, etc) on the market. Unfortunately, few voters know much about ammo, so without knowing better, they'll probably think it is reasonable. This is why we elect representatives; this kind of measure needs to be framed and decided upon by knowledgeable people. It has no place as a ballot measure.

Yeah... the online sales hurts. Not sure what I was expecting, but surprised more people voted for Trump than against Prop 63.

Online sales stoppage will suck.. I buy most everything except shot ammo online. But hey, at least Hillary ain't our next president!

The wording on prop 63 was very misleading. I doubt most people had any idea of its significance.
Anyway, it looks like I'll be doing more shopping as well as hunting in AZ.

lets hope we and the NRA will get this overturned, we have 2 years to fight this. after 2018 we cant bring ammo in from out of state, so the rounds we buy in Arizona for our dove hunt will have to stay in Arizona. there is much more to this than most know. this hurts. but hey....... we can all get stoned out of our minds an do as we please. WTF.

Jan of 2018 online ammo sales will be banned. So 14 months till it takes effect.

Agreed, the wording was very misleading, and they're taking care of that out of state purchasing ability too... : unamused:

Out-of-state purchases
Starting in July 2019, the July 2016 legislation would have prohibited most California residents from purchasing ammunition outside the state and bringing it into the state without first having it delivered to a licensed dealer. Proposition 63 moved up the start date of this law to January 2018. It also made bringing out-of-state ammunition into the state without first delivering it to a dealer an infraction.
