I don't have Kuiu or Sitka gear (out of my budget) but I'd say, for turkey hunting, if you're fully concealed with face mask those patterns should work fine especially if you're still and have decent cover against a tree. I've always worn Mossy Oak or Kings, but last couple seasons I wear light, non-camo gear and just throw on a 3D leafy suit.
The leafy suits are the do all for all hunting....You can get them in all color schemes & materials....I use them or have used them for almost every kind of game....Like was mentioned earlier....I like driving around for the most part (California) without camo clothing....I also never ask for permission in hunting gear.

yes they do snag at times but when sitting still they really do break things up. Gillie suits are the same for the military snipers and recon guys.
I bow hunt, and this works for me. Green Dickie pants and t-shirt that matches the land scape. Hunting takes good technique and stalking- skills. Go to a military surplus store and buy some camo pants and shirts, works for the military. All that high dollar hunting gear is over rated. Save your money in the clothing and spend it on good glass! You'll spend way more time behind the glass then worrying about what camo you have on.
I agree with the "spend your money on good glass", but good clothing is worth its weight in gold. Light, breathable and fabric that stretches to me makes the difference on a hunt, no matter if it is for a day or on a two week trip. Cotton sucks unless you are wearing SCH clothing! 
having watched hunting buddies come in through brush from more than a mile away I know it works. None of could see them when they took off the orange hats.
As far as that 'scent eraser' stuff I think watching the wind is a better solution and doesn't take money out of your pocket.

But this is coming from the point of view of a human. You don't have the additional heightened senses that wild animals do. Although a deer's vision is different in relation to a humans vision they rely heavily on their nose and hearing to recognize a threat.
If we are talking turkey, they might peg you in the same situation due to their vision actually being more precise.

Hi guys , very good advice from every one. Camo is very handy during turkey hunting. I have had them walk right by me. As long as I did not move. They did not pick me out. For deer Just my thoughts. I like to wear clothing that breaks up my silhouette. Since I use camo for turkey. It's convenience. I mostly care for rugged comfortable tear resistant. I like gear that mostly matches the area. If i do wear blue jeans and flannel I stay well hidden.I believe what ever one uses don't use normal laundry soap, it has phosphorus in it. And to my research it causes one to glow like a Christmas tree. In the deer vision spectrum .
I agree with longbowhunter. I've only been on a few hunting trips but I done a lot of cross-country bushwhacking and tear and GOUGE resistant is very important to me. Also equally important is the pouches/bags/packs hauling my stuff. Retention and protection above all!! Nothing worse than taking a break or dropping you pack to find you lost something miles back in the brush!
To me this means military gear and clothing. If I can push through the brush, it will make it through with me!
