Tbh, whatever matte colors Walmart had. Don’t get glossy. DO stop at HDepot or your local hardware store and pick up a couple cans of flat or dead flat clear. It will help protect the finish so you don’t have to touch them up as often.
Had some time, got my hands on some new-to-me decoys and some paints. Decided to start freshening them up a bit. They still need a bit of work and some dead flat clear, but what do you guys think?

I found out about the site from @Horto619 and @ilovesprig during my first waterfowl hunt a few weeks ago in SJ. Seems there's plenty of knowledge on tap as I get back into hunting (almost a 20yr hiatus) and dust off some of the gear.
