Hunted Wister ended up with one hen widgeon and one drake pintail we packed up at 11. Had a real hard time getting birds to fully commit. Had a lot circling the decoys but they always stayed at that perfect height where you cant kill them.
Lots of sky busting out there as well I am sure that plays a role in how high they were flying. One guy a dyke over killed 3 birds out of flocks I was working multiple times. I would be working the birds getting them in circling slowly committing and then boom he would sky bust it was a great strategy for him but frustrating for me. Got to love guys sending pellets 100 yards up at the snows as well lol. I was going to hunt on Sunday down there #35 draw but we are going to stay home. I have draws the next two Wednesday so I will hunt those dates. 5 draws in three weeks between me and the boys at Wister lol.
Gonna go to less than a dozen decoys next time, the birds seemed decoy shy for sure. That jerk rig sure does get their attention though.

Bummer on the sky buster! That sucks!
Weather report says wind in the afternoon on Saturday and blowing up to 25 on Sunday. Birds will be kicked off the sea. Hope the migrators show up soon!
