When does the CA draw application open this year? I haven’t been able to find any dates?

Should start April 15th. Big Game Digest is not out yet. Neither are the kill numbers for 2023.

New rule this year, with the influx of new comers dfg will be collecting bonus points from life long colonialist occupiers and giving them to document challenged individuals....

This might be a stupid question but I'm relatively new to the draw. With A22 now a restricted tag, can you apply for a point as your first choice and then A22 as your second choice? I'm assuming this would work assuming all 1,000 tags aren't purchased before the draw. Thanks
