Mike,

Looks great......A little off topic, but mentioning the grill, I bought one of those grill mats.....They're the one's that are on info commercials all the time. Anyway, I thought I try one, when I saw them at Wal-Mart ($9.95).....Best thing I've bought in a long time.....Cleans up in seconds, leaves grill marks, and no flame up even with bacon wrapped doves.....I'm buying a 2nd one.....;)

That's a bunch cheaper than the flat top... Doing burger patties with potatoes and onions again tonight.

yes, Lowes or Amazon....Fred, I find I use this more often then the grill, so versatile and easy. It's getting seasoned real nice so nothing sticks.

What you guys should be checking out is pellet smokers. Pork shoulder 10 hours while I was at work.

I'd love to smoke some venison or wild turkey

Looking good Mike. Definitely a nice piece of cooking equipment for sure...

That thing is not doing your lovely figure any favors though! ;)

for a cheaper and easier alternative, I bought a griddle/grill at a Walmart about 8 years ago that goes on the burners on the stove. When finished wash it off and put it back on the shelf until next time.

What does it look like. Do you have a pic ? Does it cover all the burners ?
