I am the new owner if this fine 3 year old dog. A friend hasn't had time to work or hunt him in a year or more due to work and wanted him to go to someone who will get him out there.

He is bird crazy, steady to point and flush but breaks on the shot and pulls up short on the retrieve. I'm a member of Inland Emprire NAVHDA and am looking forward to steadying him up and getting after it with the help of these great guys. This is my first upland dog. It is cool to watch anothers dog point a bird but seeing your own dog point a bird is something beyond cool.

I have a lot to learn but am super excited to have adopted a nice started dog that has been shot over lots of times who just needs finishing.

Thanks all.

I joined NAVHDA a year ago in anticipation of a dog, I had my heart set on a Pudelpointer but after a year of waiting around this opportunity popped up and I jumped on it. Joining the group gave me lots of time to watch them work their dogs, learn and had the added benefit of getting to be a shooter on training days.

Rad man !

Theres is so much gratification knowing your out work in your dog and seeing the progress in your own dog, also when you buddy's hunt over your dog and pump u up over how awesome your dog has become
