It's Raining in the mountains boys

I saw it in the mountains as I was driving to work this morning. I need one of those bumper stickers that says, "I'd rather be hunting".
Good luck to anyone going out. Be safe on the roads.

question regarding rain...I was told that deers move less when it rains. The deers won't travel their usual route to get a drink because they can get the water from puddles or leaves up high. What am I missing?

Deer like cooler weather than hot dry days , when the weather is cool then they will move and feed during the day, and feel safer than on warm bright days. but nothing is set in stone . I seen more deer on cooler days, foggy rainy days than any other. they still have their feeding grounds and bedding grounds. that's the route they would take. these are local deer that I speak of.

awesome day

Was there yesterday. Passed on a barely legal forky. Saw 5 deer but all were between 12pm-2pm. I think the storms had them moving at night so the mid-day activity was high. Anyone else get those same results? Morning and afternoon were completely dead.
