Fished DVL with Jeff (Mud pigeon)......Not wide open, but not bad......And being on the water was probably way cooler than anywhere else......lol

ps......Quite a few baby ducks seen too......Should be a banner year for mallards.

Diamond Valley is a Great lake for bass. It's the only Lake I fish by me. It's great it's finally full again..
 
I have blanked the last 3 times i have been there. Nice to see someone pulling fish out. It is ranked as one of the top 100 lakes in the country.

Jeff is an expert at reading graphs and he knows the lake.....It's big water and most fish are caught deep (20-35').....Banging the shoreline will produce fish with Senko's though.....Lots of rats on jerk baits too.
 
We can use a few more Mallards with the Pintail limit going down. Way to get some fish.
