Nice! Elk rocks. A buddy used to make elk enchiladas whenever I would visit him in Montana. Taco salad looks bombdiggity.

Im jealous! Told my wife I need to start looking at a cow elk hunt next year in New Mexico! lol

You can pick up landowner tags for about $1000 to $1300 or get a guided hunt for about $1850. Make sure you choose late in the year or the following January because most of them are winter ranges and do not come until the snow is down.

Or do a public lands hunt!
