Beef bulk
I just picked up half a cow on Tuesday = I have a contact for a beef in jamul - We bought 2 cows this year - split with a friend - one was $3650 and other was $4000 ... Second one we had to feed a month and half longer and the butcher was more but worth it.... .- socalcowboy

Best deer processor?
Had a domestic pig done at T&H pretty good for decent prices for sausages.... But really would prefer to to it myself.. I have done 4 deer myself, and the last 2 - I purchased a old meat grinder and ground some of the meat.... With the ground venison mix it with jimmy deans sausage and you...- socalcowboy
