Sounds like many of you are off to a great start this season. It is really making me think about getting a hoop and taking out my kayak to attempt to get a few. I look forward to reading more posts and seeing more photos. Those lobsters look great!

Excellent Sandy you caught. Even the little, tiny ones fight light they are big. :) Well done! I caught my first Calico Bass yesterday while fishing from my kayak. Also caught a few sand bass, but most where just under legal length, and nothing as big as the one in your photo.

I agree with you 100%. I too would get worked up and not be able to sleep. It got to a point where my wife (who LOVES football) didn't want to watch with me because I got her too worked up. :D

I use my Remington 870 Super Magnum in 12ga that I purchased at Fine Firearms. I love this shotgun. I've used it for everything from dove, quail and chukar to duck. It has also taken a fair amount of cottontail and jack rabbits too. :)

I just purchase my license, tags, validations and entered my choices for my deer tag in the draw. First choice was G13, second choice A22 and third choice was D16. So, D16 does show up in the draw. Now I have to wait and see what type of deer hunting I'll be doing.

To my knowledge, you can apply on or after April 15th.
