    Found a cool shed

    Anybody taught their dog to find sheds? I have been working with mine in the living room on an old shed, hes getting better at it. Might bring him along on scouting trips this spring summer and see what he can do.

    Going to get my pup in for snake training soon. Noticed lizards are coming out, but have not seen a snake yet. I figure snakes can't bee to far behind. Was working with pup off leash in the brush when it was cooler, might back off on that till after I get him snake trained. Up here at 4000...

    Dove this morning

    I used my model 11 last weekend, and had a blast shooting it. It used to be me grandads model 11, saw him knock a ton of ducks out of the sky with it. Him and my uncle bought the same gun when they got back from WW2. Those guns run like Swiss clocks.

    New bow purchased

    Google "walk back tuning". That might help if your on at 60 and off at 20. Thats a bummer that the place you bought it cant seem to help you.

    what stupid s%#t has your lab ate?

    My old dog Shepard/lab mix used to eat bees. Could tell they were stinging him but he loved to chase em down and eat em. He also ate quart of malted milk balls when he was a pup. Had the runs for two days.

    dead cow I video taped.

    Maybe it died while calfing. I recall reading somewhere about a cow that was calfing and coyotes basically ate the calf and uterus. I would think that could produce something like that

    Anybody carry bear spray while bowhunting? A friend of mine gave me a can, it looks like potent stuff. I cant think of why it would be illegal. Im going to try and rig a pouch to carry it on my pack harness. The lagunas are my back yard, havent seen a lion, but have seen lots of their tracks...
