Any ducks die today? Hello...? I'm at a softball tournament all weekend so I'm living vicariously through you guys. Someone had to have a decent strap.. nothing posted yet?!

As for the jaguar, isn't the Lions Tigers and Bears zoo between Alpine and Descanso.. maybe someone forgot...
Amen.. I saw a lot of shells on the ground today.. disgusting. First light my daughter (9) and I hit my usual spot in Holtville.. crickets. Late morning moved down south and birds were flying with the wind. Dropped 10 in under 20 minutes but had to split since hotel checkout was a comin'. Birds...
Late to the party.. couldn't make opener so I'm giving it a go Sunday and Monday. How bad were the storms... should I prep for mud bogging Wister style or is it manageable down there? Hope the storm didn't blow what's left of the birds out.

I'm not an expert on the Corral but I would say set up as far deep in as you can. Birds roost all over there but their safety valve is the canyon behind that goes back to private. They may bail to Camp Hope but I would put money that they pull back into the narrows there.
They renovated the Grand Naniloa within the last 10 years, which is surprising for Hilo.. better than the others probably.. don't know about turn down service lol
