As mentioned in my first thread, I am new to hunting on SoCal (not hunting entirely). A question that I can't seem to find on the CA.gov site is whether or not you can obtain Doe tags in the SoCal area (D14/D15).
What's the verdict?

I apologize if I wasn't specific in my first post. I used to drive up north to go hunt, but I am looking for places in Southern California now, within little driving range.
I am specifically looking to hunt for deer, if there are any left in Southern California :P
Just north of Santa Barbara. Not sure if you are willing to drive up there, but it's worth it. I've gone up on weekends, and hardly run into anyone. If you are willing to hike a mile or so from the camp ground, you'll be really successful.
