Maybe? I'm still waiting on the criteria that would allow this. Hopefully it's not some unattainable number that we'll most likely not see again.
But good on CWA & others involved for fighting for this.

In an effort to recruit new hunters, Nebraska and South Dakota are introducing a new “three-splash” duck limit option. The new rule allows inexperience waterfowlers to take three ducks of any species or sex, making it easier for anyone unsure of their duck-ID skills

Pretty cool idea....Trying to think how they would enforce it though....

ps....I would be more than thrilled/happy with a 5 duck limit and 3 pintail.................................

Steve, I was off base on that article, Eric Chan posted he saw the proposal and it’s breeding habitat dependent could be 0-3 pintail depending on this years census.

Well, since Canada is drier than a popcorn fart...I'm guessing we'll be closer to 0 than we will be to 3..........
