California DFG Releases Necropsy Results of Mountain Lions Shot in Half Moon Bay

I think they should have caught them, got them back in health, grained them up to about 140lbs, and released them in Sacramento so all of our wonderful Eco friendly elected officials can see how a limited permit hunt may be beneficial to public safety. For some reason I do not believe that they would appear to be as regal in person as they are in the photos.

"Our trained wardens work in extraordinarily difficult circumstances every day and this day was no exception,” said DFG Assistant Chief Tony Warrington."

extraordinarily difficult? Huh? For real you want us to think this was some difficult thing for them?

Warden1 " hey look two emaciated cats what should we do?"

Warden2 "shoot um"

Warden1 "ok"

Warden2 " hey you hungry, tacos sound good"

This need for all public officials to be extraordinary or amazing or blah blah blah is old.

What would be extraordinary is a person in the private sector making a profit in this f'ed up state
