At a recent family function I ran into a cousin who I hadn’t seen in probably 20 years. Turns out that he and a group of his friends are doing a 10 day backcountry hunt in this unit. So cool to find we had that common interest. I had no idea he was into hunting. I told him I’ve dreamt of a hunt like that and if the group was open to it I would love to join and help spot. He talked with them and they accepted the offer.
The details are fuzzy. Not sure what part of the unit they are planning to hunt or even if anyone in the group has hunted there before.
Does anyone here have experience in this unit? If so, please PM me, I have some questions and would be grateful to know if some assumptions I’ve made about the unit are correct.
