Just a heads up to anyone heading out to Kern this weekend. If a government shutdown happens I believe Kern, being federal, will be closed. Might want to check before you go.

Wrong attitude, government shutdown means we are all hunting Kern this weekend.
Called Kern today.....They won't know until midnight tomorrow night, if it takes that long on a decision.....If the government closes, they will NOT be open for hunting Saturday.....This is not the 1st time this has happened.
