ok, I just checked this out and it looks pretty straight forward.
click on the link, and then hit the "Create Map" button... and just follow along the prompts. Looks pretty easy to do although I have not tried. May be good for the administrator to give it a try?. and I'm pretty sure you, as the Admin of the map, get to set the parameters of access by others. Hope this helps
