Opener for general deer d16 and public land question

So I am a little confused about general opening day for d16. Is it Oct 17 to 28 and than nov 17 to 26? Also is there an app that shows you public land or a hard copy map I can pick up. Thank you for your patience. I am new to big game and have no one to ask questions too.

Season: The season in Zone D-16 shall open on the fourth Saturday in October and extend for 30 consecutive days.

The exact dates for D-16 is Oct 28 thru Nov 26th.

Just to be clear because there are always questions before the season, D-16 starts on 2 Sep and runs through 24 Sep (Archery/buck only) and then reopens for the general season (rifle/bow) 28 Oct through 26 Nov. (both are the same dates for your AO tag if you are going to use it in zone D-16)
