This is an easy and delicious recipe -

Elk Burger flattened in parchment paper on a cookie sheet (mixed with egg, seasoning salt, pepper and pancake mix). Spoon out whatever you want for the roll on top of the meat (I used rendered onion & bell pepper then added some mozzarella). Then roll it up and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

The roll opened up on me while baking (not supposed to do that) so next time I will make an aluminum foil barrier. It came out amazing nonetheless.
