Saturdays Lunch -

Homemade French Onion Soup made with Elk Stock. And a colorful Italian tomato salad with balsamic vinegar and mozzarella balls. It was pretty damn good!

I never thought that French Onion Soup with ELK broth would taste like that. Wow that was without a doubt the best onion soup I have ever tried and I'm not just saying that. It was over the top, you are an amazing cook! They pretty much tasted as they look on the picture. Let me tell you a little secret; when I worked for an advertising company down in Mexico we photographed all kinds of food that looked great but tasted like shiatsu ;D

Can you make me more soup? :p
