All ingredients made ahead of time and chilled in refrigerator prior to making

Venison or elk cooked medium rare and sliced thin
Shrimp seasoned with garlic olive oil and Sriracha powder (BBQ'd)
Hearts of palm
Edamame
Roma Tomatoes
Cilantro
BBQ's corn
Celery
Green onion
Grated aged parmigiano cheese
Sriracha Ranch dressing
 
Yummy! I had a cold turkey sandwich and a pile of plain Lays chips with a glass of iced tea. Your meal looks way more satisfying for sure....
