When do you scout?

They take it serious in the areas I hunt. Every man made water source is definitely posted. If you're rifle hunting not a big deal. Sit at 201 yards all day and they can't do anything..

Taft thank you for the info. I was just out scouting this weekend & found deer & water source that I had never seen before . after the deer had moved 10 am ish I went in to where they were bedded & noticed a sign on a oak tree that had said water source for animals. glad I read this post before dear season as I would have been in the wrong. thanks again. Ben
