I will be taking the family camping at Joshua Tree for New Years. My son and I want to get out and do some coyote hunting. Obviously can't hunt in the park but Yucca Valley is about 10 minutes from where we are staying. Has any one hunted Yucca Valley is it a good idea or are we wasting our time. No matter what I want to get him out hunting he is 8 and is starting to get the itch.
Joshua tree will be fun we like hiking but hiking with guns is a lot funner. Figure if we are in the area for 4 days might as well give it a shot.
