Pulled out a package of last years cottontail rabbit....Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and lemon pepper...Jaccard with green onions...Hot pan with butter...Brown rabbit, then add can of mushroom soup...Let cook & simmer...Pour over mashed potatoes...Eat in a bowl...:yum

Tastes great and you have basically 2 meals for about 4 bucks....:blush:

ps...A little red wine may be added...;)

Good rabbit is hard to beat, I try to keep a few in my freezer. 22cal pellet rifle in my yard keeps the freezer full
