Just a tid bit from the past.
In my Early years at General Dynamics Convair before every thing was made by CNC Computer Controlled. Templates were made
From a plaster master. The plaster
Master was mock up of major Build portion of an Aircraft.
It worked very well.
Point is making templates of your Build was a smart move.
As a suggestion. may be get it drawn up as a electronic Blue Print. That way if you see some improvements that could have been done. It's Easy to change. For future endeavors.
I mean this a positive comment.

You seem to have a natural ability to build stuff. Impressive.
