This looks like a great place to start to get my bearings. Bird hunted as a kid but joined the military after high school and took a break. Got into deer hunting two seasons ago. Up north though where I'm from. Shot one in D8 but last year had no luck in D3-5 and D6. Been in the service now over 22 years with the last 16 being in San Diego. I don't know what took me so long but here I am this year checking out D16. Still trying to figure out where to go. What helped me today was the OnX app. So at least I know when I'm in BLM. Again, so far looks like a great forum and look forward to being part of it. Good luck to everyone!
