Went out this morning for the D11 archery opener to a spot up the angeles crest highway...Had one small doe come by at 7:30..then around 8am had two does come within 10 yards of me ...they didn`t even know i was there...!! I guess my scent blocker worked..!! No bucks came by during my sit so...

Just got back from hunting the last day of D11 with no luck....Didn`t even see a single buck at all this year...i think maybe i saw 4 does in total the whole season...Well as the saying goes."Its a wrap"...till next year..!!!

Hey there...I am wondering what everyones comfort zone is when it comes to letting an arrow fly at a deer..? mine is about 40 yards...recently i took a shot at a deer at 51yards, a bit out of my zone and missed....any input would be awesome.!! ;)
