I've been wanting to smoke a whole hog for awhile, so I finally built a cinderblock smoker. Going to test it out this weekend with a 50# piggy. .

Dash felt like crow first thing this morning so he decided to snatch up 2. The funniest part was the 2nd one. He got it and ran around the yard holding it for about 10min. Then came over and dropped it at my feet..... super proud of him.
