“Wild” Boar Burgers

I let a buddy of mine borrow my rifle for a hog hunt in April and I ended with 15 lbs of meat.

Last night I decided to make burgers that turned out great! Only downfall is that I ran out of propane and had to finish them on the stove.

3 lb of boar “Chip”
1 egg
3/4 cup of breadcrumb
10 oz can of diced chiles

I like the diced chilies idea. Definitely doing that with my next burgers.

Yeah I love the flavor / spice they add. Sometimes I add 1/4” cubed pieces of smoked guda inside the patty too. It’s great
