Being too hot to do much outdoors today, I decided to take a stab at making link sausage. I've made loose sausage before but never stuffed. Glad to say it turned out great, but in the future may tweak things as it was a tad mealy. I ground up about 3 jackrabbits, 6 cottontails, pork fat, jalapenos from the garden, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, orange juice, beer, and spices. May throw a few in the smoker tomorrow. Thanks @NBK for the grinder attachment.
