God I miss the sea back then

I remember the salton sea being a Paradise 44 years ago. It had thriving community of shop owners on the shore. People would have all kinds of boats out on the sea.
People fishing for corvina and sargo.
Hunting was good.
What a waste. Sometimes I think they destroy stuff on purpose...
