I haven’t posted any of my hunting trips on a forum in a really long time don’t know why but oh well. I thought I would share my sons first hunt and get the juices flowing for the season. He’s 11 and scored an antelope tag in New Mexico this year. Also we have been shooting a ton and I built him his own 6.5 creed last year so I thought this would be a slam dunk. We had a great time scouting exploring and finally connecting. I kinda giggled a little on the inside after misses 7&8 and saw the little guy get the buck fever. Fortunately we were in a target rich environment and by the end of opening day he finally connected. I can’t wait till next year.
