I’ve been checking out this site for a while but never got around to actually posting. I’m a pretty new hunter (basically 3 seasons under my belt) living in SD. I didn’t have anyone to mentor me with my hunting but grew up around guns and have been shooting/fishing my whole life so it seemed like a natural progression. My main focus has been on deer and turkey so far but have also gone out for dove and quail. No luck with the deer yet but got a public land turkey down here my second season. Thanks to this site I heard about the Turkey Tune Up and was fortunate enough to draw one of the Sutherland hunts. Just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully start contributing to the forum.
