I’m diggin the 4.99 a pound T-Bone at staters. $10.57 later and momma came home to dinner.

no pics of the fixin’s, it’s late for us to be eating and we ate at the counter top standing, baked potato with chives and hand shredded parmesan cheese and Broccoli light butter.

190* until 120* internal pulled her off got that grill to 500 and finished her off until 135* pulled her and cut her up, didn’t have time to let her rest, the old lady walked right through the door when I pulled her.

@stikbrandon got inspired by that T-bone...went digging in my freezer and found some steaks! Reverse seared on the pellet grill as well..for the "fixins" I did some garlic butter shrimp and a cesar salad.

Heck yeah they're gold. Had $3.99/lb ribeyes once and they were fresh.

You need to try searing with a hot cast iron and beef tallow. About three minutes per side and you will have a delicious crust.
