It already passed the ninth Circuit
Last July, a three judge panel of the Ninth Circuit upheld Judge Benitez’s suspension of enforcementand sent the case back to him for further proceedings on the merits of the law itself.
Selling in California today. They suggest you buy before Monday.

If you can remember where they fell out of the boat you can get some scuba gear and retrieve them now.
Just learned that the plaintiff in that case was my Hunter Safety instructor in Ramona. Pretty awesome that one person introduced me to hunting and allowed me to buy standard magazines!
