You can’t make this up...I’m visiting my mother-in-law in Laguna Woods last week and needed some fresh air (let the jokes begin!)...so I headed out and walk up to their community pool...and saw this —>

More Mallards than San J had all year hahaha

They do love the pools.....Notice they're all drakes too.....Momma's are on the nests.

Yup. Pretty normal this time of year. Hens are all nesting in the nice landscaping.

My inlaws get them every spring.
