Is this the large rucksack with waist belt? Does price include shipping or is it pickup only?

It's the large ruck. External frame. Padded shoulder harnes and wide padded hip belt. Where are you located roughly
 
It all depends on what it would cost me. I can check with post office on shipping costs. What's the zip?
