you were right on the money.Pretty big difference from a 250 spine to a 400 I'm going to guess the blue and white fletch is the 250. Put a broad head on them see which flys best
If I were you I would put up hay bail behind your target. Your arrows will go through your neighbors fence when you miss. I know this from experience.

What poundage and draw length you shooting? Looking at the way your arrows are impacting your target I'd say stuck to the 400
Which arrow mfg did you buy.Since I am new to archery, bow n arrow set it to 55 Lb and my draw length is 30”. The bow can be adjusted up to 70Lb but I believe they set it at 55 so I can draw it comfortably and work on my form.
