Who doesn't love a fish sandwich?
This one was super easy. The loin was a little small so I cut 2 pieces about 3/4" thick. Rubbed all sides with sesame oil, sprinkled a little salt, then seared in a pan about 20 seconds per side. After flipping I brushed teriyaki glaze on top. The searing glued the two steaks side by side (as I hoped it might).
Served on honey wheat bun with lots mayo, crisp lettuce, and garden fresh tomato. Freaking delicious!
