The Final Backstrap

Here's to the final deer backstrap of the season.. marinated and grilled over mesquite coals along with mixed grilled veggies and baked potatoes. And a homemade horseradish sauce. The Pizza Port North of the Pier IPA also did not suck.

Horseradish is great on venison, but especially good on waterfowl....

Haha - not sure what to chime in about. The dish looks awesome (I do like mine bit more rare). And horseradish pairs amazingly on any red meat.
