Chickens are cool and tasty. Loved raising them back in the day as a kid.

THE Wife went down this weekend to get a couple chicks for the girls, next thing I know I end up with 12 new chicks. Its tough when the little girls get involved.

THE Wife went down this weekend to get a couple chicks for the girls, next thing I know I end up with 12 new chicks. Its tough when the little girls get involved.

I don't know why but chickens are fun to watch. And they entertain the family. Especially the kids.
They have fun catching them.
I tell ya this if one can handle taking care of the chickens, the fresh eggs are delicious.
I think better tasting than store bought
But there is a little work feeding and taking care of them.
I lost a few to predators.
