Quick Release without Dovetails on a Monopod

I use a monopod for my trekking pole and attach binos, shooting rest, and DSLR to it but the manuel unscrewing them and screwing on the next adapter is a pain. Anyone know of a quick release? Will I need to convert everything to dove tails or is there another option? I would like to avoid dovetails if possible, the quick release dovetails just feel sloppy to me unless they are screwed in place every time, which puts me back to square one, kinda. Building off 1/4 -20 screw thread.

Anyone use or see something that would work?
