I heard in Alaska you can sign up with HP and when moose are hit they call the top name on the list. If you don't come get it within an hour or whatever they call the next name on the list. Seems sensible.

I do t think we have that program in Colorado, but if you are friends with the Warden or have Sheriff buddies they will call you too!
