The lagunas is probably ur best bet theres lots of deer and bucks. It is a short time frame but can be done. I hunt there every year and always get at least one oppurtunity. Its best set up for bow hunting also so i would focus on lagunas.

Theres quite a few choke manufacturers that make full chokes for steel. Plus if a hunter believes in a full choke gives him less cripples then it does. It doesnt mean hes shooting at birds at extended ranges or skybusting thats what i prefer to use and works extremely well. I didnt know...

Remington 700 is the best gun ever made hands down. Why do u think so many other manufacturers copy the design. 7 mag is a great caliber to. Ive watched a video of a 7 mag putting a bull elk down past 1000 yards very impressive.

Versa max is a great shotgun i have the remington 1187 in supermag and it has never let me down. The versa max is a much nicer gyn then mine so u should be happy. Buy your barrel and shoot ducks. I dont know if buying a tactical was very wise then having to buy a barrel but if it works great...

I use full choke because i believe it gives me less cripples. I use kent steel shot shoots fantastic through my shotgun. 3 inch or 3.5 inch shells all shoot great put no strain at all on my shotgun. My extra full shoot just as well. It will definatly put ducks down. Shoot them high or low it...
