Blm lands

Yeah but make sure u know whats what. BLM lands here often have difficult access including areas that are landlocked by private. BLM can have leaseholds on it too which almost turn it into defacto private property. Add to that boundaries arent well defined, marked, or can be inaccurate at times.
 
At the very least, get a copy of the blm district you'll be hunting and have it with you. Even though leases come and go and the printed map may be out of date, you'll have proof of due diligence if the BLM agent or leaseholder approach you. Apps like Trimble are updated regularly with that info as well.
