Breaded Dove Breasts (with a kick)

Well ever since I got my first hunting liscense last year and my friends dad owns a feed lot out here in the IV. I've been nailing these euros out here with my air rifle so I've had to figure out what to do with these little delicious things, so I found a recipe my friends and I love. And here it is

Get a bowl and put some oil in it
put your dove medallions in the oil coat them well
take some saltines and crush them into a fine power
add chili power to taste on the medallions
add some adobo seasoning to the crushed saltines
coat the breasts well in the breading cook lightly on each side don't over cook or they'll get tough
