Thinking about doing a solo trip down south to get a Gobbler in the next few weeks. any tips or tricks to locate. any areas to start with? Only ever taken one and that was up north long ago. any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Try to get there a few days early to look for signs, droppings, roosting trees, which should have droppings and feathers below them. Look for good strutting areas, open fields.
